Demetra – founded in 1992 from a previous company structure, is specialized in collecting questionnaires and providing services for research through the use of methodologies CATI, CAWI and CAMI. He also deals with Big Data and Social Media analysis. Its structure is made up of statistical experts with high computer skills.

Our primary focus is the development of data collection strategies that minimize errors due to the tools used and the intervention of operators during sampling and detection, maximizing the effectiveness and efficiency of research.

We carry out statistical surveys both nationally and internationally, mainly for study centres and universities – clients for whom we have developed specific and dedicated operating methodologies. In addition to the traditional CATI (Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing) surveys, since 2003 we have been dealing with CAWI surveys. Moreover, for more than 5 years we have also been carrying out fieldwork on social media.

Our standard service consists in the personalized computerization of questionnaires (for CATI, CAWI, CAMI surveys), their collection (compilations), weighting and delivery of data files.

We manage online panels with more than 50 million profiled consumers in more than 80 countries worldwide.
